Bayview Roofing · website assistant Example

Hi, do you fix leaks around chimneys? We're in Hancock.

Hi! I'm Bayview Roofing's AI assistant. Yes, chimney flashing repairs are one of our most common jobs, and Hancock is in our service area.

How soon can someone look at it?

I can't book a time myself, so I'll take your details for the crew and they'll call you back. What's your name and best number?

Dave, 906-555-0142.

Thanks, Dave. You're on the list for a callback.

The agents

An agent is software that does a job on its own, inside rules you set: it answers, asks the right questions and writes things down. Each one opens first as a pilot with a few businesses. Prices are TBD until a service opens, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Website chat agent

A helper on your website that answers visitors around the clock, from facts you give it. Pilot agents will:

  • Answer questions about your services, prices, service area and hours.
  • Take down the customer's name, number and job, and send it to you by text or email.
  • Say it's an AI assistant from the first message, and hand anything it can't answer to you.
  • Run as your own private agent: its own server, keys and storage.
Price TBD

Set in writing with each pilot business. A monthly plan will cover hosting, monitoring and updates.

Agentic apps

A simple page or form for your customers, with an AI agent doing the work behind it: quote and estimate builders, job-photo reports, intake forms.

Next

Missed-call text-back

When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text right away, so they don't call the next contractor on the list.

Next

Review requests and follow-ups

After each job your customer gets a friendly text asking for a review, and a reminder if they forget.

Next

Email and booking

Agents that answer in your business email, and offer open time slots from your calendar for you to confirm.

Next

Automations

Connect the apps you already use, so the same details never get typed twice.

Later

Jobber and Housecall Pro

Agents that log leads and jobs straight into the software you run your business on.

Later

Websites

A fast site that shows your work, with a form that sends you the job details instead of a voicemail.

Want one of these first? Tell me. What the first businesses need decides what gets built next.

How it works

No software to learn on your own, and nothing goes live before you've seen it work.

  1. A free 20-minute lookWe go over how you answer calls, quote and follow up today, and where the time goes. Then you get a fixed price in writing.
  2. Built from your facts, tested firstYour services, prices, area and rules go in. The agent is tested with made-up customers and security-checked before a real customer ever talks to it.
  3. Live, and looked afterIt goes on your website, and I keep an eye on it. Half up front on jobs over $500, the rest when it's done.

Our rules for every agent

An agent talks to your customers, so every agent I put in front of them is held to these, like your best office person: polite, honest and careful.

It says it's an AI. Every customer knows they're talking to your AI assistant, from the first message.
It sticks to your facts. Only the services, prices and answers you approve. No made-up promises or times.
It hands off to you. Anything it can't answer goes to you as a message, with the customer's details.
Your data stays yours. Each business gets its own private agent, with its own server, keys and storage. Nothing is shared, sold or used to train AI.

About

I'm Nathan Kenney. I study computer science at Michigan Tech, and I work in the siding trade, so I know what a day of running jobs, chasing quotes and calling people back looks like.

One Touch Agents is my AI agent company. I build agents on modern AI models and agent software, test them before any customer sees them, and set them up to fit the way a trades business already runs.
